All names will be put on the left forearm unless noted otherwise. If you would like a certain decal after a name (ex: angel wings, paw prints, heart) Please put selection in parentheses after desired name.

Block lettering option will be regular vinyl placed on the left chest of crewneck with heart decal. 

cursive lettering option will be puff vinyl placed on neckline.
